1. Zero Tolerance Policy (CSAE)

At Askly, the safety and protection of children are our highest priorities. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Mandatory Action: Any user found to be sharing, promoting, or engaging in any form of child exploitation will be permanently banned immediately, and all relevant data will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant global law enforcement agencies.

2. Content Moderation

We use a combination of automated AI tools and human review to monitor our social feed and Q&A sections. Our systems are designed to detect and remove harmful content involving minors before it reaches our community.
